We have news that we should be really proud of. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has approved the list of winners of the competition for scientific research of young scientists - and among them is the team of Oles Honchar Dnipro National University.

The winning project: “Digital participation as a safeguard against loss of human capital in war conditions and the post-war period”
At a time when war tests our resilience every day, Ukrainian scientists are looking for answers not only to the question of how to survive, but also how to preserve people, knowledge and the future of the state. This is what the DNU team’s research is dedicated to.

The essence of the project is the creation of a scientifically based analytical model of digital participation, which:
•  helps preserve human capital during war;
•  involves citizens in decision-making in the digital environment;
•  forms the basis for effective post-war recovery of Ukraine.

Project leader:
Pavlo Petrov, Associate Professor, Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations, Faculty of Social Sciences and International Relations.

Research team:
