The Department of International Relations of Oles Honchar DNU kicks off the EU Career Days, organized with the support of the EU Delegation to Ukraine European Union in Ukraine

The first event in the autumn session of the EU Career Days this year was the panel discussion "Ukraine's Accession to the EU and Post-War Reconstruction: Priority Professions and Skills", which is aimed at highlighting the problematic issues of post-war reconstruction, as well as the search and training of qualified personnel.

Representatives of business, civil servants and scientists were invited to discuss the current state of affairs in the labor market, as well as priority areas of training specialists by higher education institutions. In particular, the following took part in the panel discussion:

🎤 Viktor Gasso - Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work in the Field of International Cooperation of Oles Honchar DNU

🎤 Ksenia Motorina - Head of the Youth Engagement Department of the international company MHP (MHP).

🎤 Igor Zadorozhny - Head of the Communications Department of the Kamianka City Council.

The experts identified current problems in the labor market, and during the discussion outlined promising areas of development and key skills that future specialists should possess.
